Introduction to B1 Level Language Proficiency

• Welcome to our language program, where we aim to help learners achieve B1 proficiency according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). 
• B1 represents an independent use of language, allowing individuals to express more complex needs in a broader range of situations. 
  This level is a stepping stone for building a higher language knowledge and competence.

Objectives for B1 Level Attainment

Listening Skills

• At the B1 level, the goal is to understand important information related to various aspects of life, such as work, school, free time, and more. 
• This skill enables learners to engage in conversations and follow discussions effectively and actively.

Reading Comprehension Skills

• We emphasize developing reading skills to comprehend texts written in everyday language for general and job-related purposes. 
• Learners will gain the ability to grasp essential information from various written materials.

Speaking Skills

• In addition to basic conversational abilities, the B1 level focuses on enhancing learners' participation in discussions covering a wide range of topics, including family, hobbies, work, travel, and current events.
• This fluency in speaking empowers learners to communicate more confidently and express their thoughts effectively.

Writing Skills

• B1 proficiency enables learners to produce simple, connected texts on familiar themes and topics. 
• This writing skill allows them to communicate their ideas clearly and coherently in written form.

Requirements for Enrollment at Regenbogen

• Before enrolling in B1.1, learners must pass the A2.2 Level exam. This prerequisite ensures learners possess the necessary knowledge and skills to progress seamlessly through our B1.1 courses.
• Throughout the course, you can rely on us to provide all the materials needed for your studies. 
• Our dedicated team will support you throughout your language-learning journey, making your experience with us both enjoyable and effective.

Course Inclusions

• Choose between a 36-hour course over eight weeks or four weeks, with a frequency of 4.5 or 9 hours per week.
• 36 Hours/ 8 Weeks:  3 days per week/one day 1,5 hours (8 weeks) or six days per week/ 1 day 1,5 hours (4 weeks).
• Explore 12 diverse conversation topics and participate in 6 lessons to encourage practical language usage and foster comprehensive language learning.
• With 36 hours of online teaching classes, you'll have ample opportunity to practice and refine your language skills. Additionally, we provide six conversation topics and six in-depth lessons, enabling you to apply your knowledge in various contexts and situations.
