A1.2 Course

Introduction to A1 Level Language Proficiency

  • The A1 level is designed for individuals with basic language skills or those entirely new to language learning.
  • A1 is the initial and fundamental level to enable effective communication in everyday conversations.

Objectives for A1 Level Attainment

Listening Skills

  • Develop the ability to understand familiar and simple sentences related to individuals, families, and everyday communication situations.
  • This skill allows you to follow basic conversations and grasp essential information in everyday situations.

Reading Comprehension Skills

  • Acquire the ability to read and comprehend simple names, words, and sentences in various contexts, including supermarket signs and school announcements.

Speaking Skills

  • Learn to use simple sentences effectively to introduce personal information, such as one's place of residence or self-introduction. 
  • Gain the ability to understand language straightforwardly, mainly when spoken slowly. 
  • Develop confidence in asking and answering questions on familiar topics.

Writing Skills

  • Attain the ability to write short and logically organized messages, letters, emails, and postcards in the target language.
  • The focus is on demonstrating clarity and simplicity in their written communication in the target language.

Requirements for Enrollment at Regenbogen

  • Before enrolling in A1.2, it is essential to have completed the A1.1 Level exam. This prerequisite ensures you have the foundational knowledge to progress seamlessly through our A1.2 courses.
  • Course materials are provided free of charge and carefully selected to ensure the best possible results for learners.

Course Inclusions

  • Choose between a 36-hour course over eight weeks or four weeks, with a frequency of 4.5 or 9 hours per week.
  • 36 Hours/ 8 Weeks:  3 days per week/one day 1,5 hours (8 weeks) or six days per week/ 1 day 1,5 hours (4 weeks).
  • Explore 12 diverse conversation topics and participate in 6 lessons to encourage practical language usage and foster comprehensive language learning.
